Purpose and operator

Still is operated by Oleg Yakushin, Barcelona, Spain. Contact hello@olegotka.es. Still is intended for adults seeking general well-being and recovery context.

A personal comparison, not medical advice

Still compares available physiological measurements with your personal history and offers self-reported check-ins, journaling and breathing pauses. Its index is experimental. It is not a diagnosis, disease prediction, clinical recovery certification, emergency service or continuous measurement of emotional stress. Missing data or a calm-looking score does not exclude illness. Use your own judgment and appropriate professional care when you feel unwell.

Recorded workout duration is a factual summary of available records, not a medically validated training load or permission to intensify exercise. Breathing guidance is optional: breathe comfortably and stop if uncomfortable.

Availability and data

Apple Watch model, region, Health permissions, wear time and operating system affect available data. Background updates, widgets and notifications follow system scheduling and may be delayed. Journal and breathing work without all optional measurements. Clearly labeled demo data is synthetic and kept separate from your actual records.

Apple AI reflection requires a compatible device, supported language, enabled settings and a ready model. Ready-made questions remain available. AI can be wrong or refuse a request; verify the result yourself. No external AI API is promised in the first version.

Subscriptions

Still Plus will be an optional App Store auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly plans. A three-day free trial is offered only on the yearly product for eligible customers when configured and available in their storefront. The monthly plan has no trial. The final full price, billing period and trial conditions are displayed by the app/App Store before confirmation.

After an eligible yearly trial, the full yearly price is charged unless you cancel before renewal. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal and normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Apple manages billing and refund requests; the app offers restore and subscription management. App Store applications also follow Apple's standard application license unless the listing provides a different applicable license. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights.

Content and sharing

Your journal remains your content. Share only material you intend to disclose and have permission to use. Social cards hide personal measurements by default; check the final image before using the system share menu. Still does not publish to social networks automatically. Demo images remain visibly labeled. We cannot remove copies you voluntarily send to other services.

Fair use and changes

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access or bypass platform restrictions. We may improve features and correct errors; substantial paid-feature or processing changes will be communicated appropriately. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform services or particular health outcomes. Any limits remain subject to applicable consumer law.
