This Privacy Policy explains how Velonix collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app to track runs, walks, workouts, routes, and fitness progress.

  • Workout data such as run duration, distance, pace, elevation, steps, calories, and training history.
  • Location data when you enable GPS tracking to record your routes, pace, and workout maps.
  • Device and diagnostic data such as app version, device type, crash logs, and performance information.
  • Health and fitness data only when you choose to connect Apple Health, HealthKit, or similar platform integrations.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide core app features such as workout tracking, route recording, progress history, and personal insights.
  • To improve app stability, performance, accuracy, and user experience.
  • To sync your data across devices if you sign in to an account.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, security issues, or technical problems.

3. Location and Health Permissions

Velonix requests access to location services only so the app can record runs and show route history. Health-related permissions are optional and only used if you explicitly grant access. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, or authentication providers. If you use Velonix from outside the country where our services are operated, your information may be processed and stored in other jurisdictions. By using the app, you understand that data protection laws may differ depending on your location.
