Project enquiries
When you submit the project form, the site processes the name, email address, project type, current stage, project description and timeline you provide. This information is used to assess your request, reply to you and take the steps you request before a possible engagement.
Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Review the FormSubmit privacy information before sending sensitive information. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or confidential source code in the form.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It may process page views, browser and device information, approximate location and referral source. You can reject analytics or change your choice through Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Retention and sharing
Project correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential engagement and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver your request, or where disclosure is legally required.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information associated with your enquiry, or object to certain processing. Email hello@olegotka.es and include enough detail to identify your request. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
