1. Overview / Who We Are
Days helps you keep a private record of citizenship, passports, visas, residence permits,
trips, travel dates, and related travel access information. The app is operated by Olegotka
Studio. For privacy questions, contact us at
hello@olegotka.es.
We treat travel history and immigration-related records as sensitive information. Our goal is
to collect as little data as needed, keep the current experience local-first, and clearly label
features that depend on Apple services or future account infrastructure.
2. Information We Collect
- Travel profile data: citizenship, passport information, visas, residence permits, and related metadata you add to Days.
- Document metadata: details such as document type, issuing country, validity dates, and status. Days does not collect document scans or photos unless that feature is explicitly added later and you choose to use it.
- Trip history: countries visited and trip start and end dates, plus travel statistics generated from that information.
- Settings: language, theme, analytics consent, and other app preferences.
- Account data if registration is enabled: name, email address, Sign in with Apple identifier, and account settings if and when account features are enabled.
- Subscription status: information from Apple about whether Days Pro is active, expired, in a trial, or otherwise entitled through the App Store.
- Diagnostics and analytics: app events, performance data, crash or diagnostic information only if analytics or diagnostics collection is enabled by you or provided through Apple-controlled system diagnostics.
3. How We Use Information
- To calculate travel access, visa-free access, stay limits, and related travel reminders.
- To show your travel history, country lists, timelines, and statistics.
- To save and restore your data locally on your device.
- To sync data between your Apple devices if iCloud sync is enabled.
- To manage Days Pro subscription state and unlock paid features.
- To provide account features if and when registration, Sign in with Apple, or backend services are enabled.
- To improve stability, performance, and product decisions if analytics is enabled.
- To respond to support requests that you send to us.
4. Local Storage and iCloud
The core Days experience is local-first. Your travel profile, document metadata, trip history,
and settings are currently stored on your device unless you enable sync or account-based features.
If iCloud sync is enabled, Days may store and synchronize your app data through iCloud so it can
be available on your Apple devices. iCloud data is controlled by your Apple account and is also
subject to Apple privacy terms, iCloud settings, device settings, and Apple account controls.
You can manage iCloud access in iOS settings.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Days Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Days receives
subscription status and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features, but we do not
receive your full payment card number or full App Store payment details.
6. Analytics
Analytics are opt-in only. If you do not enable analytics, Days does not send analytics events.
If enabled, analytics may help us understand feature usage, app stability, and performance so we
can improve the app.
Days does not use analytics for advertising tracking, does not track you across other apps or
websites, and does not share analytics data with advertising networks.
7. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks.
- We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
- Apple may process information needed for App Store purchases, StoreKit, iCloud, Sign in with Apple, and device diagnostics.
- If account features, backend storage, or support tools are enabled in the future, we may use service providers only as necessary to operate those features and only with comparable protection commitments.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the app.
8. Data Retention
Your Days data is kept while you keep it in the app, in iCloud, or in an account if account
features are enabled. You can edit or delete records in the app where available. If export
features are available, you can export your data before deleting it.
If you delete local app data or uninstall the app, data stored only on that device may be removed.
Data synced to iCloud may remain available through your Apple account until you delete it through
the app, iCloud, device settings, or Apple account controls.
9. Account Deletion
If account creation exists, Days must allow you to initiate account deletion from within the app.
Account deletion should cover the account record and associated personal data stored in the
account or backend service, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction records
that must be retained.
If account features are not enabled, you can delete the data available in the app and manage any
iCloud copies through the app, iOS settings, iCloud settings, or Apple account controls.
10. User Rights
Depending on where you live and which features are enabled, you may have rights to access,
correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data. You can also withdraw
analytics consent at any time in the app where that setting is available.
For requests that cannot be completed directly in the app, contact us at
hello@olegotka.es.
11. Children
Days is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Days, contact us so we can review
and delete it where appropriate.
12. International Users / GDPR-Style Rights
Days may be used by people in different countries. If GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss, California, or similar
privacy laws apply to you, you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion,
portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to contact a data
protection authority.
Because Days is currently local-first, many privacy actions can be handled directly on your device
or through your Apple account. If account or backend features are enabled, we will process
applicable requests for account data through the contact channel above.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for the app, including a
local-first design and reliance on Apple platform security where applicable. No app, device,
network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should protect your
device, Apple ID, passcode, and iCloud account.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Days changes. When we make changes, we will update the
"Last updated" date and post the new version on this page. If a change materially affects how
your data is handled, we will take reasonable steps to make the change clear.
15. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, or account deletion requests can be sent to
hello@olegotka.es.
