1. Overview / Who We Are
Psychics Bingo App is operated by Olegotka Studio. The app lets users play bingo-style games,
create or join rooms, track game history and statistics, and use an account to save data across sessions.
For privacy questions, contact hello@olegotka.es.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address or another account identifier, user ID/auth ID, and login status.
- Profile data: player name, display preferences, avatar or profile fields if added in the app.
- Authentication and session data: password reset status, session tokens, device/session metadata, timestamps, and security logs needed to protect accounts.
- Game data: bingo cards, rooms, room codes, solo or multiplayer mode, game history, statistics, predictions, wins, and settings.
- Device and diagnostics data: app version, device type, crash logs, performance information, and technical error logs if collected.
- Usage analytics: page views, feature usage, or gameplay events if analytics is enabled in the app or web version.
- Support data: email address and message content if you contact us for help.
3. Authentication Providers
The reviewed public project and web app show email/password registration, but do not identify the exact
production authentication provider in the static site files. If the production build uses Supabase,
Firebase, Apple, Google, or another authentication/backend provider, that provider may process account
identifiers, email addresses, auth IDs, password reset events, session tokens, IP/device metadata, and
security logs as needed to provide login, account recovery, abuse prevention, and session security.
Before App Store publication, replace this paragraph with the exact provider name and link to that
provider's privacy terms if the provider is known.
4. How We Use Information
- To create accounts, sign users in, reset passwords, and protect sessions.
- To save player name, game history, statistics, predictions, and preferences.
- To create, join, and manage solo or multiplayer rooms.
- To prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep the service reliable.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand feature usage and improve the app if analytics are enabled.
5. Storage and Security
Account and gameplay data may be stored on our servers or by our authentication/backend provider.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including account-based
access controls, session security, and provider security controls where applicable.
No system is completely secure. Users should choose a strong password, protect their email account,
and sign out on shared devices.
6. Analytics, Ads, and Personalization
The Olegotka website uses Google Analytics. The web app also contains an analytics route tracker in
the public build. Analytics may be used to understand page views, feature usage, errors, and app
performance. Analytics are not used to sell user data.
We do not sell registration data. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not track
users across other apps or websites for advertising. Personalization, if used, is limited to app
features such as player name, saved game history, statistics, rooms, or preferences.
7. Data Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We may share data with authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the app.
- Apple may process App Store-related information for the iOS app.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the app, or our rights.
8. Data Retention
Account data and linked gameplay data are kept while the account remains active or as needed to provide
the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce terms. Local
settings may remain on the device until the app data is deleted or the app is uninstalled.
9. Account Deletion and Data Requests
Users can request account deletion or personal data deletion by contacting
hello@olegotka.es. Deletion should cover the account record,
auth ID, profile data, and associated personal data, subject to security, fraud prevention, transaction,
or legal records that must be retained.
The reviewed public project does not show a dedicated in-app account deletion screen. If account
creation is available in the iOS app, an in-app way to initiate account deletion should be added or
verified before App Store publication.
10. User Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or
restrict the use of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for optional analytics where the
app provides that control. Contact us at hello@olegotka.es.
11. Children
Psychics Bingo App is an entertainment app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us
so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. International Users
The app may be used by people in different countries. Data may be processed in countries where we or
our service providers operate. Privacy rights may vary by location, including GDPR-style rights for
users in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated"
date and post the new version on this page.
14. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, support requests, or account deletion requests can be sent to
